OUR CERTIFICATION SERVICES

Certification: What is it about?

A third-party attestation related to a conformity assessment object, excluding accreditation.

IANOR provides economic operators with a diverse range of certification programs covering management systems (NA ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001), products (TEDJ mark), services (Welcome label), as well as Halal certification for food products.

This certification applies to any organization (private company or public institution, in the industrial or service sector), regardless of its type, size, or product, for a given activity carried out at one or multiple sites.

This certification is based on compliance with the required standard(s), verified during an audit that results in an audit report.

This compliance must be maintained throughout the entire validity period of the certificate.

As Director General of IANOR, I commit to implementing all available resources to ensure the conformity of the certification system with national legislation, applicable international standards and normative documents related to conformity assessment, as well as any other requirements from national and international accreditation bodies.

I pledge that the policies and procedures defined in the quality system shall be applied in a non-discriminatory and impartial manner, thereby inspiring full confidence in the recognition of conformity certificates issued by IANOR.

I further commit to maintaining the highest level of competence for both certification staff and auditors, experts, and partner conformity assessment bodies, to ensure services that meet stakeholder expectations with full transparency, adherence to costs and deadlines, confidentiality of information exchanged at all certification stages, and diligent handling of any appeals or complaints through the relevant services.

To safeguard impartiality, IANOR has established a committee tasked with:

  • Providing advice on impartiality policy;
  • Counterbalancing any tendencies contrary to the provision of objective and reliable certification services;
  • Advising on specific matters that could pose risks to IANOR’s impartiality, reputation, or transparency;
  • Ensuring that the certification process, from application review to decision-making, is conducted with complete impartiality;
  • Being informed and providing input on any situation compromising impartiality and how such risks have been mitigated or eliminated.

To achieve these objectives, IANOR staff, auditors, experts, and partner laboratories must collaborate in the continuous improvement of their performance levels.
