This catalogue, containing over 11,000 references, represents the culmination of efforts by the seventy-two (72) National Technical Committees established since 1989, which have had the merit and privilege of providing economic operators with the first Algerian standards.

These committees are characterized by specialized fields of activity and a focused composition, leading to greater efficiency and the simultaneous handling of all standardization issues without establishing preliminary priorities that are not always evident.

Finally, to facilitate the use of this catalogue, the Algerian standards are classified by technical committee.
