To meet client expectations, the National Documentation Center (CDN) provides documents in various formats utilizing state-of-the-art technologies: full-text standards in both print and electronic formats, bibliographic databases on CD-ROM, and specialized tools tailored to your normative research needs.
Full-text standards consultation is offered free of charge. However, administrative fees apply for the use of our bibliographic databases and specialized research tools within our premises.

IANOR has established a research service offering personalized assistance in locating standards, regulations, and conformity assessment systems applicable in Algeria and foreign markets. Upon request, we will provide you with a price proposal for:
- Identifying applicable standards, technical regulations, and conformity assessment systems
- Specifying which regulatory bodies to contact in Algeria and abroad
- Providing abstracts, tables of contents, and prefaces of standards held in the inventory of the IANOR Standards Documentation Center (click here to access the standards inventory)
- Conducting complete verification and updating of standards lists from other sources (publication dates, latest amendments, all parts of a standard, etc.)
- Identifying Algerian, international, or foreign standards relevant to a specific field of activity
- Locating standards and draft standards developed by a specific technical committee

The Algerian Institute of Standardization (IANOR) makes available to companies, public administrations, universities, researchers, students, etc., compendiums collecting a set of standards from five (5) key sectors, listed below, relevant to all enterprises, with a 50% discount.
Compendium: Human Resources Management (26 standards)
Compendium: Quality Management – ISO 9000 Family (20 standards)
Compendium: Environmental Management – ISO 14000 Family (25 standards)
Compendium: Energy Management and Energy Savings – ISO 50000 Family (20 standards)

These compendiums, highly valuable for any organization, are designed to meet the critical needs of businesses in these fields, while enabling them to acquire a significant number of standards at highly competitive prices.
Acquisition fees are payable by cheque made out to IANOR, or by bank transfer to the BEA Amirouche account No. 002000121203264181 Key 68.
The standards will be provided on CD or by email upon submission of the cheque or proof of transfer, either in person, by fax to No. 021 782 146, or by email to: ventes@ianor.dz, through the sales department.
